Hi All,
I am posting these examples of some bad prints I randomly got from a MX2310U machine, It started out with a void lead edge as you can see by the left edge, of the 1st page of the 22-6 sim. I changed the main transfer belt because I thought it was the problem, but it didn't help, next I changed out the blk dev. because I had lumps caught in the doctor blade, which I have seen alot lately on new blk dev. Then as you can see on my last 2 examples I would get entire pages randomly getting lite. I changed out the T2 secondary belt. That fixed it.
I am seeing more MX230U1 main belts getting cut by that new picker finger they put on the right edge of these belts. Has anyone cut these off, and run them? I am curious if you get more paper wrapping aound the main belt, like the older MX2600 series did? Any replies would be appreciated. Thanks Dan.
