    lower cleaning roller

    What do you guys use to clean the lower cleaning roller in mx3100n

    I would replace it. But if you have to clean it? I guess, I would try a knife or flathead screwdriver, if is seriously coated.

      On a call when I don't have a replacement and metal cleaning roller is encrusted with toner I have used Blow OFF/Rubber Rejuvenator and paper towels or rag. Frank

        I first use a knife to scrape of the thick areas. Then I pull out the trusty 100 grit sandpaper I always carry.

          I remove the stupid cleaning roller altogether; does nothing but cause problems anyways.
