What else have you done? Have you verified that the magenta shutter is opening? What's the page count? How old is the ETB?

You couldn't have done a proper calibration if you had no magenta to begin with. You need to first fix your problem and then do a full calibration.

The sim for checking shutters is in the manual. You must have one.

make sure the color lift rollers in the primary transfer are not broken and that they lift up and down properly. if the one for magenta isnt lifting you will not have the color.

the other possibility is stated above reguarding the lsu shutter (i have never came across this myself but others have) my experience is its usually the transfer roller

after you fix this issue it very important to redo the complete calibration since it was done without the magenta working. i can imagine it is all out of whack now.

i know you stated that you replaced the transfer, but they get damaged in shipping all of the time
