    [Jamming] AR-M355 Jamming not

Got a call from a customer (3 hours away) that his 355 is saying it has a jam in drawer three but there are no jams. Before I drive that far I would like to know if anyone has had such a problem.

You'll get a jam indication if it doesn't pickup and feed. If you don't have p/u and feed rollers, grab a paper feed assembly from a spare machine, if you have one.
Alternately, you can switch rollers or assemblies from one drawer to tray 3 to isolate trouble.

Are they saying the jam won't clear or that it is re-occurring multiple times?

        Does this mean:

        1) that there is no paper found?
        2) there are no jams in sim 22-3?

If you haven't been onsite how could you know for sure there are no jams? (by any definition) =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
        1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
        2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
        3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
        4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
        5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Tray 3 the LCT or a regular 500 sheet tray. 2 things come to mind. Needs PF rollers and maybe someone did not install paper correctly and paper is folded in the tray. Before going, confirm the jam codes. Customer sims is 9 * 8 # 7.
