Hello All-
Have a MX-2700N that I went out and inspected today. All I did was remove the drums and dv units to check them and then reinstalled. Ran SIM 44-2 & 50-22 and followed the calibration procedure. Am going back as I need to do full *K* & Color pm's and had to order everything. Machine was operational when I left and I received a call from the customer about 4 hours later stating that "Replace Cyan developer unit" was on the op panel. I had this once before about 6 years ago on another Sharp machine but can't remember what fixed it. Checked Sharp IDNC bulletins but nothing helpful there.
Any ideas?
