[Error Code] AR-M451 H2-00 error

Hello,

This machine has about 400k copies and after i replaced upper and lower heat roller h2-00 appeard . I've tried with a different fuser unit and the error code is still there.

Any help appreciated.

Did you check to see if the thermocouple had popped?

It was a bad thermistor on both fuser units. Thanks for the reply.
