on my mxm350n when i use the feeder the straight lines come out with a little wave,it is ok when i use the glass , also if i use the duplex to duplex the back of the copy is ok,

Make sure that the hinges that attach the ADF to the brackets are tightened and check skew adjustment in service manual. In my manual it is on page 8-6 and 8-7.
We had this issue with an MXM700N. Changed out every board, roller, ccd and CIS before realizing the hinges were not tightened. Never had the issue come back since tightening them.

In the manual it is when a square is misaligned , in my case it is more like a wave.

Check your exit follower rollers right at the left side of the scanner body. Will get this effect if they are dragging. Haven't seen this much on the MXM350 series but happened with the ARM355 series on a regular basis. Basically the same machine with a few exceptions.
