    sharp ar-m550 lines and shading

    I have a ar-m550 that is having a strange problem... it is both shading and leaving lines on copies. The lines are the wrong way to be a corona problem. IF i am running 8 1/2" x 11" in portrate mode the lines go from front frame side to rear frame side(top to bottom), 3 of them spaced accross the page. and a overall shading of the page. I have replaced the corona, and the transfer belt on the side door, also cleaned all ground connections for fuser, drum,and transfer belt. it seems like a ground issue becouse the first line is placed on paper just as the lead edge of paper enters the fuser. any and all suggestions will be appreciated, thanks

    Are you sure that the lines are caused by the engine? Try rotating the original. Maybe the scanner is making your lines, and the engine is just accurately reproducing them. =^..^=
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      Are you using the document feeder or off of the glass? Depending on which one there is an old tech bulletin regarding this occurrence. I'm sorry I don't have it but there should be a couple of old threads that deal with this. If I'm understanding your problem correctly.

      Good luck.

        the problem is on all copies, from the glass, doc feeder, and the internal prints(22-6) so i know it isnt scanner related if it is on the 22-6

              here is a copy of what its doing, the lines are hard to see on the image but they are going vertical and the paper is moving through the machine horizantily
              rfs=rear frame side
              ffs=front frame side

                Ditto that. Are there any laser codes in the event log? =^..^=

                  ok I have tried several things now with no success, I have replaced (in order) drum blade, cleaned all ground connections to drum cartridge, dv, fuser, transfer roller, then replaced corona, transfer roller, laser unit, entire drum cartridge, dv...all from a known working unit. I am now at a complete loss any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.
