When you changed the DV unit was it a new one or from another machine?

A problem with the toner hopper could cause this problem; the connector that receives the toner crum chip might be bent a little and not getting good connection on all pins.

You might also check if the developer fan and filter were unobstructed, and vacuum out the ducts which fill with toner. You might also try turning the toner cartridge manually to find out if it will turn. I've found them seized. Usually beating on them will free it up. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Found the problem it was the motor that drives the toner bottle it was slipping just enough to give the code. No problem after switching out the motor.
