[CQ] MX2614 how to increase quality over multiple prints?

    Hi guys,

this machine is pretty good, quality but I need some more.
My customer is a very little printing office and quality fo MX2614 is ok, but when launches a 100 copies prints color quality goes bad after 20/30 copies.

If he separate launches in three batches of 30 copies each, even the last one is ok.

Is there any deep control or simulation that would better this situation. Toner consuption is not a problem.

Thank you for your kind help.

    Regards.

You can change the toner replenishment ratio, you will get a lot of "Please Wait" messages but it seems like you may have another issue if you are having CQ problems after such a short copy/print run.

Thank you, I can't find any specific simulation for that in the manual, can you be more specific.
      Thank you very much

Sim 44-28 it's called toner refresh mode. Once you have enabled this the end user has to select it prior to running his copy or print job for it to work properly. There are also other settings in this simulation that can be adjusted but there is no set value for what you want to accomplish and you will get additional toner replenishment messages or copy quality issues depending on how you adjust these settings.

        Good luck.

Are they doing very heavy jobs? It's advised that before an extended/intense job that the customer run the colour calibration procedure before the job to reduce changes.
