Sharp printer keeps rendering

The printer keeps rendering when printing. I have to do a 66-10 reset to get it back printing. Im using pcl drivers.

What are the jobs it is struggling to render? What application is sending the jobs, are the PDF, Docx ect.. What kind of network setup, what driver version are you running? What are the size of the jobs?

Have you tried, re installing the drivers/updating? Using different applications? (EG adobe could be corrupting the job ect.)

Take the machine off the network, print to it via crossover cable? Data could be getting help up on the network.

If you're using Adobe AcroCrap reader, try Foxit instead.

I agree with trying printing with crossover cable. Had one recently that had same issue and was slow data transfer over network, but it is easier to blame copier than network. Also might want to see if sim 67-17, printer reset, has any affect. Sim 66-10 is for fax and image send clearing.

Try changing the tcp/ip port to lpr and portname lp
