[Dead] Mx-3501n upgrade firmware fail

I tried to upgrade firmware it fail i pressed ok the machine rebooted now its just stuck on the screen that just says sharp. I cant enter simulation mode or anything.

I tried that through my laptop it says error printing I renamed the file emupdate.sfu i used file2prn i put a pastel folder on the c drive nothing is working screen is still stuck on the sharp logo cant access the web page or anything I ping the ipadress to the copier and it says it can communicate

There are two little switches on the MFP pwb, try pushing the top one (update) towards the front of the machine with the emupdate.sfu file on a thumb drive, and power up.
This procedure might have been for another family of machines, and may not work.

I changed the romm chips on the mfp board now the machines back working perfectly i dont what that update did to the other chips but they dont work nomore but atleast the machines back up and running

Name file to emupdate.sfu and save to root of thumb drive. Turn off machine plug thumb drive into machine and turn on machine. Firmware will load automatically.
