MX-2615 & MX-2640 printing issue with IMC

The copier is a MX-2615. From the admins PC, she is not able to print diagrams of the scene of the accident. From a detectives PC, he is able to. They are both Windows 7 64 bit and they print through the server. To me, that would rule the copier and driver out of the equation. Has anyone seen this issue and know the resolution?

IMC says that it needs to be a 32bit driver, but I do not think that is the issue.

need more info, is user accounts turned on on the copier, what happens when they print, does job make it to the 2615 or does the printer dump the job right away.

No user codes or retention printing involved. The text portion of page is printed, but the picture portion is blank.

Try this setting:
aries2 driver.JPG
Could also try the PS driver.

Thanks Mojorolla, Checked the box for Use driver to render JPEG was the answer.
