    [Error Code] MX-2640 H4-01

I have a new less than 2k prints that comes to ready, works fine, but when left alone throws an H4-01 code for a low temp error on a THS. I can put the fuser in another machine and it works fine. when I put in the fuser from the other machine it still throws the same code. If I reset it it works fine until left alone for a few minutes.

    Any ideas???

What does the power quality analyzer tell you? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

I am in a lab environment, I have two machines right next to each other on dedicated circuits, and yes I have checked and double checked the power.

FYI, I am a 3T technical instructor, I have tried the obvious. Right now I am in the process of changing out the PCU PWB.

Seems logical to me. I try not to make any assumptions about any individuals skill or lack of skill level. And yes, I am the master of the obvious. =^..^=

PCU-PWB was the problem...the issue followed the board. Now all I have to do is figure out which student to blame...

That should be easy enough to figure out. I always found it annoying working on the class machines with most of the screws missing, and the rest stripped. And the mystery parts stashed in the stand 'cause they couldn't figure out where they go.
