    L4-57 Error Help

Working on a MX-5001N with a L4-57 error. The error code relates to Toner cooling Fan Trouble per the manual:

    Cause

When the toner cooling fan is operated, the fan
operation signal is not detected within the specified
    time.
    Toner cooling fan trouble.
    PCU PWB trouble.
Connection trouble of the connector and the harness.

    Check & Remedy
After turning ON the power, check to confirm that the
    fan is rotating.
    Replace the toner cooling fan.
    Replace the PCU PWB.
Check connection of the connector and the harness.

To this point I have tested the fan in 6-2 (CAFM) and replaced PCU PWB as well as checked the connections to no avail. The code can be cleared with sim14 but returns. The machine will make 15-20 copies before the error returns. To this point I have not replaced the fan because it tests fine in sim mode.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Thanks
