[Error Code] MX-6240 3rd one with a U5-16 error code

I have had 3 different mx-6240 have a issue with u5-16 which is doc feeder cooling fan issue, anyone else having this problem? All 3 times its been the smaller pwb board in the document feeder, don't remember the part number off the top my head.

I had the same issue with one of my machines.

The fan stopped running and when I replaced the fan it ran at high speed all of the time.

I then had to replace the board you mentioned.

You may want to replace the fan and board as a pair.

Yep, I also replaced pwb and fan as a set, going to open a ticket with sharp since it's the 3rd one I've had.

I had this once, SOMEHOW, SOMEWAY, a paper clip got into the ADF and was sitting on-top of the PWB , removed it and everything was right in the world.
