[Error Code] 3332 MX-3100n & MX-2600n scan to email

Getting error code 3332 when setting up scan to email on A MX-3100n and MX-2600n no matter what I do it wont connect I've set up atleast 20 other machines no problem they work fine but I have 3 machines i cant get to connect on cable network or dsl network. I even tried to cloning the settings from another machine that was set up and working correctly and still wont connect anyone else had this problem? or know any solutions thanks!

Try running simulation 67-17 to clear out the cobwebs.

Thanks guy but 67-17 didnt work either still giving me 3332 error

I got it to work I had to clear all the memory with 88-1. When using this be carefully because it will clear everything off of your copier so make sure you back up everything before using 88-1 but thats what worked for me.

Is the mail server in question set to receive incoming connections from the IP of said copier? Sounds like it might be getting blocked hence why it not working and giving you that code.
