Sharp AR-M257 Duplex jam on letter size

    Hey Guys
got a problem on a sharp AR-M257 with around 123K. I keep getting a jam on Letter size paper when it goes to turn around.
It comes out of machine goes back in then stops right before reg roller the paper always has a mark on it like it is hitting something but for the life of me cant figure out were its catching.
Letter-R duplexes fine and feeds fine straight thru out of both cassettes.
    Thanks in advance

The Gazelle and Leopard series were known for wearing out the duplex guide mylars on the underside of the door. Perhaps the Andromeda II also?

Remove the door and flip it over. If they're worn out the looped duplex mylars will be partially worn through, leaving jagged edges to catch the paper. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Replace the turnover unit. they are notorious for warping and cracking. Follower rollers don't touch transport rollers and jam.
