Most Cougars of this age have a very worn foam roller (toner feed roller). Everything is fine until it runs out of toner. When toner is added a large amount of toner falls through the gap, suddenly overtoning (F2-00, F2-02).

What you need to do is dump out the toner hopper. It would be convenient if it was empty, but the error only occurs when it is full. When you look through the toner feed slot you shouldn't see any light. Most likely you'll see a 2mm wide gap of light over the whole length.

If that is the case you'll need to replace the foam roller and (2) end seals, then refill the toner hopper with toner. Next you'll need to replace the developer and run simulation 25-2.

To see the two remaining digits of the error code press & hold the Start button. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

If you are careful you can save the toner by pouring it into a suitable container and pouring it back when you have done the roller.

I really used to love doing this job. NOT

The part number for the foam roller is NROLP1211FCZ1 and I think the seals are PSEL-0751FCZZ. There is a way you may be able to save the developer. Use sim 7 to shut off toner concentration monitor(DV check disable) then run 100 or more sky shots. After this check sim 25-1 and get the number up to around 100 or 110 by repeating the sky shots. Once the number is back turn on the toner concentration monitor and run sim 25-2. Check your fuser for built up toner and clean it up.

If that does not explain it well enough, call a tech, They will be able to fix it for you.
