    OCE CM2510 (Sharp MX2300)

This machine keeps showing a paper misfeed after it starts to warm up. It shows to remove paper @ POD1 and at the registration. But when I go into the service mode neither of those switches are highlighted as if there were some paper blocking them. I have simulated at jam at these areas and the machine will immediately show a jam upon start-up and doesn't try to warm up. The curious thing is the machine will cycle and warm up for a bit before showing the paper misfeed error. I have cleaned and tested all the sensors in the service mode. I have also reset the paper jam errors and it keeps shows there was a misfeed at POD1. Thanks in advance any help would be appreciated

Replace the fuser unit. Or rebuild it with all the thermistors, also check the thermal breakers.

Out of curiosity, what is the actual jam code? Pod_1N ect?

Thanks for the advice. I went out and rebuilt the fuser unit with thermistors. Machine still had the same problem I pulled out the fuser and checked the thermal breakers. I pushed the button on the back of one of the thermal breakers and I heard a snap. After that I had no more problems. I wouldn't have thought the thermal breakers would have caused this problem. But I am glad it worked!!

            Hello Gentlemen,
Does somebody know if the OCE CM2510 & the SHARP MX2300N use the same toner cartridges?
            Thank you.
