I think that I would look at the registration rollers. Also check for burs or worn guides in duplex assembly. That was not printed from the doc feeder was it?

No, it is a self print (#71), the reg roll shouldn't be the prob since the first side is ok, but i will have a look at burs inside duplex.

Sim 51-2 would be your best bet but you can also try sim 50-5 for print position. Does this happen in the copy mode as well or just prints?

        Good luck.

Jupiter has a single scan document feeder, so any image skewed on the second side should be equally skewed on the first side. I'm with Bil on the duplex guides. Another thing to look at is if the side door is latching completely at the front and back simultaneously. Especially if it's intermittent, most of the time the enduser presses only on the front corner, latching only the front, not the back, intermittently.

Another thought: Look for developer dumping. Developer on the registration rollers will cause paper skew.

Even another thought: What if a tech were to mis-adjust the SPF position? Since the CIS for the second side remains fixed one side would remain square, and the other skewed. The way to check is to take your 6" metric ruler and measure the position at the front and back, comparing the white reference or one of the guide mylars to the position of the slit glass. A rough reference is the relative squareness of the SPF on the scanner. It adjusts at the right SPF hinge. I like this one the best. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
