[Dead] the machine reboots when I try to go to the website

The MX- M700N restarts when I try to enter the website , replace the network card, hard drive and upgrade to the latest version and when I try to access the website is restarted.That could cause this.Help please
the machine works very well in printing and copying, the problem is that when I want to enter the
website, the machine reboots, I can not enter the website

Does the network have power over Ethernet (CAT6)?
Have you tried a crossover cable? Connecting directly
to the machine instead of through the network may
help if you haven't tried this.
