Hi all, An odd question here but are all floor standing console machines the same height? Is there an industry standard? I can see the height of a MX2640 is 38" (97cm) but cannot find the height when the cabinet or paper deck is added. I found the height of a MPC2500 at 51" (127cm)

Is the height of a MX2640 and a MX4140 the same?

I don't know if there's a rule or guideline, but Lexmark never got the memo. Most of the free-standing Lexmarks are a good 6" (15.24cm) taller than most other brands. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
