    Sharp AR- M317 Jamming in the duplexing unit.

    Hello I have a sharp AR-M317 that's jamming when making two sided documents. It jams in the duplexing unit. I cant see any obstructions, nothing that's preventing the paper from passing through. It works fine when not duplexing. I have taken apart the unit but cant seem to find a thing.
    Any help would be much appreciated.

      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          How many copies on the Machine? Often by the time the machine is 5-6 years old or has 300-400K I usually replace the entire duplex unit as they start cracking and having tons of jamming issues.

          Also might try replacing the fuser sensor (PPD2) as heat makes it not read correctly during duplex copies.
