I have an MX2610 that has pulled color developer out of DV units 3 times in last year and a half. Twice it was yellow and once it was cyan. I have updated firmware, replaced all ATC sensors, yellow DV unit, MC/DV PWB, PCU PWB, LSU, and all MC units. I also installed an uninterrupted power supply. Don't see any nicks or wear marks on the drums. I have had this happen in a couple other machines in this same series, but not repeating like this. Just looking for some guidance as my head is spinning.

Re: MX2610 pulling color DV
I know you say the drums look good ... but drum, blade and primary charge usually stop the developer dumping. I'd change drums and blades. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: MX2610 pulling color DV
One time during a training session on our showroom MX3100 with our Sharp Technical Expert the machine starting pulling the black dev all of a sudden.
Don't know why it happened but the dev Bias changed itself to 0V. We changed it back to match something similar to the colour bias's and it has been ok since.Comment

Re: MX2610 pulling color DV
To correct this problem I replace the process unit of the color that developer comes missing from.Comment
