    New SHARP and A6 support from cassete

    Does any of you know these new machines MX-M350/450N ?
    Are they have support of A6 format from cassete (500-550 sh) ? Not from bypass.
    We have a client who print 80-90k / month on such a format and we are looking for such a machine.
    In every spec it is unclear.
    Maybe another brand (35-45 speed) ?

    I didn't even know what A6 size was until I found this interesting website:
    Standard Paper Sizes for A4 A3 A5 A6 A2 A1 A7 and A0. ISO Paper Sizes

    For those like me that didn't know:
    A6 = 105mm x 148 mm = 4 1/4 inches x 6 1/16 inches

    And the smallest allowable US paper size is:
    statement R= 134mm x 210mm = 5 1/2 inches x 8 1/2 inches.

    Anything shorter than 201mm = 8 inches will not bridge the gaps between the rollers in the vertical path. I had a customer trying to feed statement (the short way: 134mm). It jammed every time. Out of curiosity I spent 20 minutes with a paper cutter trimming, trimming, trimming, until it just wouldn't go at 8 inches.
    If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
