MX-2300 dropping toner...?

Hi guys... I don't have a lot of experience with this machine, but the customer is pretty far out of town for me, so I wanted a heads up before going out there. She says the problem happens on both black and color pages, so I'm thinking Black Imaging Unit? Or does this model have a separate Developer Unit that can go bad as well? Difficult to replace these items? THANKS IN ADVANCE! OC

Separate dv unit / drum unit. Black DV sold separate from Tri-color DV pack (pricey). Dropping toner is a vague description, I'd bet the drums need replacement, or worst case the primary belt has come apart which would definitely cause toner scatter, blue grey mix of all colors
