    Sharp ARM276

We are trying to bring this photocopier back online but nobody can remember the key operator code. We have tried 00000 but it must have been changed, so is there a way to reset it? Many thanks.

    hi,

You can go into service mode to display the key operator code.

    To do this:

    Press #
    Press *
    Press C (Clear)
    Press *

At this point you should see a black box...

    type in 22
    hit Start key
    type in 7
    hit start key

You should now see the Key Operator Code.... WRITE IT DOWN!

To exit, just hit CA (clear all) a few times...

    This should get you going...

        Glad I could help

If you are not a service tech, please be aware NOT to go anywhere else in service mode because you could mess things up a bit if your not careful. Just follow the steps, get the code then clear out of service mode.. you should be fine..
