I have an MX5110N that keeps getting toner chunks stuck between H-CUT blade and mag roller. Dv has been changed and only has 11k on it. Dv has been changed early by several techs. I have increase spacing and lowered preheat time and checked filters.

Re: Toner chunks in Dv.
Good start! I would put a temperature probe inside the machine, with all the covers on/doors closed to see how hot it's getting inside. I would also check to see that each fan is running, and is installed blowing air in the correct direction. I had a Bear once that kept blowing thermostats. After much fiddling I discovered the fixing fan blowing in, not out. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Re: Toner chunks in Dv.
Obvious one but not been asked yet - is it genuine toner or compatable?
Going back a number of years now but Raven toner (I think UK retailer was Parsia) had MASSIVE issues with the toners - could be something as simple as use genuine toner or another compatable brand?Comment

Re: Toner chunks in Dv.
We had a batch of toner with a production date of July 22 2014 tha cause this problem. We had 3 machines doe this all at once and it was right after the customer installed this batch of toner. We vacumed out the DV unit. Installed new DV and toner with a different production date. Problem did not reappear.Comment
