    [Electrical] MX-M450N power

okie doke folks, i have a 450 that when power is applied, the machine begins booting up for a few minutes then shuts itself off and begins trying to reboot again. this followed a paper jam issue. i have no clue where to begin. we've tried unplugging the machine from the outlet and letting it sit for a few minutes but it continues "cycling". any ideas???? thanks guys.

One thing is it could be a bad print job. Unplug network cable and see if it stops. If so delete all jobs from the server and print que. I have also seen the MFP pwb cause this issue. Good luck

We have seen a lot of those do that with a corrupt print job being the culprit.
Usually just a simple site on the internet.

Like stated above, unplug network cable, reboot copier. If all is well, remove all print ques on all PC's.
Don't forget to plug that network cable back in!

          ymmv.
