DEAR FRIENDS,
I have a Colour quality & Error Code issue with SHARP MX-7500N . The MFP is brand new ( not enevn 500 prints) and the issues are
1. Solid colors are not at all printing In good manner
2. I am getting very thin lines ( horizontal & vertical) in all colours
3. Whenever I am printing the images or photos which has more than 40 mb , it will pop up the error code E7-93 and it will disappear once its restarted . but the same file has been printed by MX-3640N.
4. My customer is using without FIERY
5. I have done the Color calibration & Image Registration adjustment ( automatic & Manual) also. I have noticed from the image registration manual adjustment the cyan front & rear values are 181 & 176 respectively remaining all colours is approx 204,208..... from the test chart i can see the cyan got shifted. If i will force fully set the CYAN values into 200 the MFP doesnt behave like normal and its completely color getting disturbed.
since its a brand new machine i have to give a permanent solution . If you could advise me the way forward it would be highly applicable
Thanks
K7
