check the memory module installed correctly. if you can boot it up run a sim 60-1 to check memory.

also check the 4 leds located near the hdd sata cable. all 4 leds should be on.

(HIT AND RUN!) We will probably not get a fix from him.

            Hi Guys

Thanks alot for all your advise.'drowranger' I checked the memory, refitted the card and checked 4 the led's you suggested but still did not boot up.
'igi' The printer does not have an HD, well I replaced the Mfp pwb you suggested but still no luck.

I think the problem might be on the sd card located on the Mfp pwb as boot data is stored on it.I ordered it today and should have it tomorrow.

Will give feedback as soon as I received it.
            Thanks again

Yes it's a tad sad there are a fare share of HARE's (Hit-And-Run-Experts/End user's) on CTN.
You would like to believe the courtesy offered to assist would be the courtesy returned with a simple explanation of the final fix.

It's a bit like watching a mini-series on TV: you keep waiting for the climatic end, only to have to wait for follow-up series to start again next year.

Ok the suspense is numbing.... what was the final outcome....?
