m toner isn't empty but crum chip is getting flagged as empty toning system is working when i test it .
it is an mx 4100

this can be toner motor related. if the m coverage is low on prints then you have to check the operation of toner motor using sim 10 & the position of the toner motor cover (Parts Guide - Section 41, Item 45) . check both sides of the covers are attached to the main drive unit.

as noted in original post the toner motor is working ran sim 10 and then 25-1 and numbers did change also toner density is good and prints look correct

make sure sim 26-69 wasn't changed, behavior of machine when toner is at near end and toner out. But once the chip on toner cart is giving toner empty , toner cart has to be replaced, (if you have chips ).

Are you using genuine sharp toner cartridges? Just to get that awkward question out of the way

ok i will check that sim
meanwhile i have run 50-22 and found lsu skew was ng on all cyan 19 clicks to right magenta 17 clicks to right and yellow was 11 clicks to right after that all skews were good
so i put in a new magenta and i will see what happens next
