Sharp MX 3100N Smears across page Changed cleaning Blade no help

I changed the cleaning blade and the drum unit. The test pattern (Couldn't get it to download on Copytechnet) looks great. I was able to attache this blank page which shows what I am dealing with. I am wondering if changing the developer will fix this or I am dealing with contaminated toner.
Pretty weired.... Any help is so appreciated !!

That looks like the transfer belt blade collapsed. When looking at it close. Its a mix of all of the toners.

take primary unit out the streaks are probably on the belt. If so replace primary blade/belt.

Had a similar looking defect on an MX-2600 today. Process unit and Primary Belt were the first things that went through my mind also.. But upon close glance mine ended up being Fuser related... swapped fuser even though both upper and lower rollers showed little visible sign or wear..
