Toshiba eS355 Fuser frame

Hi all,

Customer broke the fuser exit guide off this unit, and also the pin on the fuser frame was broken. I ordered both but recieved the wrong half of the frame. I have the parts breakdown and can't seem to find a part number for the half I need on either of the fuser 1 or fuser 2 diagrams. It shows the picture, but no part number. Is this not spared, or is it located on another breakdown that I am not seeing? The guide part numbur is 6LH55249000 and the wrong half of the fuser I got was 6LH55305100.
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

I think what you're referring to is the duplex inverter guide, which swivels on pins on the exit assembly. I think if you look at the exit assy diagram you'll find what you need. =^..^=

If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
