I have numerous problems with the is machine, finally got the board/hdd issues worked out now I am trying to solve this image quality issues. I believe its a drum issue but would like to make certain before I get the drums. Can someone take a look at the attached pic and give me their thoughts? Thanks! tohsiba 3540c IQ.jpg

Developer (possibly blocked DR blade), or dirt on the laser glass.
If it were the drum it would be immediately obvious when you look at the drum you would see lines or marks on the drum surface, but usually they produce much smaller lines that what you have when they wear out.No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.

If it were me I would emergency stop the machine with paper at secondary transfer. I think you'll find that you're experiencing incomplete secondary transfer. Note that all colors are equally affected by the poor image fill and void crossfeed. I would bring along the TBU kit, and be prepared to clean the facing roller, and other primary transfer metal rollers. Also make sure that the primary transfer contact strip isn't cracked. How many clicks on the supplies? =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Very true, I overlooked that it was evenly distributed, I was too focused on the right most circles which definitely shows an issue with Magenta missing where the line is.
I'd say transfer also.No, I will not send you Manuals, Software or your own little repair Genie to fix all your problems for you.Comment
