[Error Code] Estudio 356Se error C410

Does anyone encounter this kind of error C410 in the Toshiba Photocopier machine. Always appear lcd screen. I already reset the counter using 08 then 2002 and clear 0, but still appearing on it? pls kindly help me with this error.

Thermostat has been disconnected check it's conectivity.

Congratulations on executing the fuser error clear. Maybe now would be a good time to fix the cause? =^..^=

Thermostat has been disconnected check it's conectivity.

i took out the part of fuser set and open, i find the two thermostat inside which being pinned well or screwed, i did not see any loose connection or disconnection of wire in the thermostat. How do i know that thermostat busted or defective? please help what im going to do or best advice about this the problem to solve?

thermostat can be measure using multi meter... Take out the thermostat, measure the connectivity...Another trick is shake the thermostat, u can hear sound, if no sound, keep throw on the floor until u can hear the sound...

So far I never encountered thermostat problem on this model...

Check also the thermistor, make sure is not dirty...

And heater lamp, make sure is not burn...

And the harness, connected properly, wiring not not exposed out due to insulator peel off that can cause "shorting" to the frame...

Test the thermostat conectivity with multimeter. If the thermostat was discontinued insert it into freezer for few hours and check it again!
