    I can not print another user excel document

    Hi I have this problem


    toshiba 355se


    hold print






    A user creates a document in which you excel electrionico e-mail or save it on a USB for a user B.


    User B of the same company and also user of the machine will print the document either because the email or downloaded from the USB.


    not because they can not get it in your mailbox.


    It appears on the sending or creates excel, ie user A

      Is this Excel document passworded? Is the PC creating the document using a more recent version of Excel? Microsoft Office 2003 (.xls file suffix) will not be able will not be able to open or edit a document created in Microsoft Office 2012 (.xlsx file suffix). =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.

          The document is in office 2010.


          systems engineer said to be the driver which is debativo as prints all normal pdf word etc.


          to create a document in an external computer to the domain or network, perfectly printed.


          but if it's between network users, going with the features of access, the path of the printer and the access code for sure who created the document printing.


          in support office, as you put it that creates problems not review the document properties to share the document.
