    es 452 SRAM error

    hlo everyone, recently I faced a problem in es 452.After starting copier first time button and touch does not work then I enter 0+8 mode it show "SRAM ERROR DO YOU WANT TO INITIALIZE IT" then I initialize it then copier works well, if it shut down for an hour same problem occur
    steps taken
    update firmware
    change panel board
    any kind of help must be appreciate

      Have you thought about replacing the SRAM? =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

              I do not have access to Toshiba anymore. There was a bulletin about loading an early level of firmware then initialize the sram then bring the machine up to current firmware in steps. I have only done this once and it worked for me. I do not remember which version of firmware you start with but I would start around v300 and go up.
              And Star Trek was just a tv show...yeah right!

                              In 0+8 mode 995 code and a blue jumper in sys board near bat are important to remove "sram error"
                              There are some firmware update , if u update that firmware you do not need 0+8>995
