The reason that nobody is responding to your thread is they can't.

When the last word in the title is "print", the information is displayed as a print screen without the links. My recommendation is to entitle your thread with a different word than "print".

To print directly from your laptop to the MFP you have two choices:

    1) Use a USB cable, and load a driver.
    2) Use a crossover cable. Set the printer and laptop to IP's in the same range. Load a print driver.

    =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Most modern computers can automatically re-configure themselves if they identify a connection. My old Thinkpad XP wasn't smart enough for that, so I needed a crossover cable.

This is not the thread you started, so you won't get notifications until you post into this one. Did you read the part about the word "print" as the last word in the title? =^..^=
