[Jamming] RADF jamming on ES 556-856

We have had a couple of these RADF's start causing us a lot of problems, jamming, mis-feeds, sep rollers wearing out sooner then they should, has any one else ran into problems with this large feeders, the feeders on the 555-855 did not seem to have as many problems as the newer ones do, these DF's are in a high volume scan offices, so they getting a good workout, on one my fellow tech has changed out sensors, checked all actuators, making sure they were moving freely, cleaned all idler rollers and shafts, also changed the motor that drives the feed rollers and reg. roller, and the one way gear on that shaft, he is changing out the shaft today, waiting to hear how that goes.
Any idea or theory's on whats up with these things.
    Thanks

    What jam codes? =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

The main code has been E-721, paper has been stopping just before the reg. roller in the DF, its intermittent on when, can be after 20 or so, or as few as 5...talked to the tech this morning, may have found a burr on the black guide in the top jam door.
Also this mach has right at 800K scans on it.

        Common causes for E721:

        1) Flat spotted separation rollers
        2) Labels stuck in the paper path
        3) Screw securing intermediate transport timing pulley backs out. Intermediate transfer roller spins free.
        4) Separation roller and shaft assembly installed upside-down.
        5) Originals are printed on a wax based printer, i.e. Xerox Phaser 8860. Adjust separation.
