    Training

    Hello

Does anyone know how I might be able to access proof of what copiers I am trained on. I worked for Toshiba for years attended many classes and taken a large number of self-paced courses. I left Toshiba a few years ago and now would like to fill in my resume correctly. Does anyone know how I can check on what I am certified on?

    Thank you in advance.

Personally, I would recommend saving the certificates, though I have no idea what they're good for. No employer that I have ever worked for ever asked about training/certificates. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Here in Canada they don't seem to have a database that you can access. The last few courses I've sent techs on we haven't even gotten any certificate or marks.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

I had this situation recently. Hired new tech and needed training history.( He was Toshiba trained but had been working for Xerox a couple of years) Ended up contacting our regional service (southeast ) office and they found and sent it to me.
