    estudio 150 "H" error code

Hello all. I have an estudio 150 giving an "H" error code. Is this a fuser error and how do you get into service mode to clear it?

Re: estudio 150 "H" error code

Just by looking at the codes you can tell it's a Sharp rebadge. It's definitely a fuser code, but it would really help to know the rest of the code., like H2-00, H3-00, H4-00. The "H" alternates with something ... 2, 3, or 4. To see the rest of the code press the Print key.

Since it looks so much like the Jaguar you might try the Sharp fuser reset (once you fix the cause):
    To reset: Clear > Auto > Clear > Auto > 14 > Start.

The Toshiba manual reads slightly different, but I think it means the same thing. Maybe a different batch of translators?
To reset: Clear → Density select → Clear → Density select → 14 → Start

It seems hardly worth replacing a fuser on this dinosaur. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thanks. I will check the rest of the error when I arrive on site. The customer only said it was showing the letter H. Have a Merry Christmas!

The official cross reference is a Sharp AR-153E-N. =^..^=
