I have the firmware for the Toshiba ES202/282. Is it the same as the IM2330, which should cross to the ES233 or 232. I loaded it on a flash drive, inserted in the copier and powered up in 49 service mode. The firmware screen comes up, but it never goes puts the * beside the numbers to be loaded. copycart@sbcglobal.net

On the Toshiba you can select or de-select a specific firmware component by pressing an integer on the keypad. If that doesn't work, I would conclude the the Toshy firmware is not compatible with the Oce'. =^..^=If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
