E Studio 650 tandem tray wont work

Hello, this tandem tray wont do anything when closing the drawer. If I turn the machine off then back on the tray will lift and function all normally unless you open the drawer then nothing again unless power off on again. I tested all sensors in the 03 mode and all are working but for some reason the sensor for the paper mis loaded gate that separates the two stacks is working opposite of what the book shows it should, maybe book wrong,I dont know. Other than that it works fine until it is opened again. Maybe someone has seen this before or has some suggestions. Thanks for any help

This is not sensor problem , I think drawer switch problem, just clean or change switch it will be ok. this is located rear side, when u push drawer then it will be on

I went back out there today and changed the wire harness and connector in the back of the machine that the drawer plugs into when you close it. I also changed the logic board and the drawer itself. Still the same problem. Turn the machine off then on and it works as it should until the drawer is opened again. I guess I will try the system board and hdd next. Dont have any other ideas.

Well I changed the system board and the hdd and still same problem. I am out of ideas, I cant see anything else that would have to do with the drawer that I have not replaced.

Would you mind sharing the fix? Never know when one of us might need the tip.
Why does every customer think they're the first one to ever say: "you've been here so much we should get you an office, ha, ha, ha"?

Yeah, fess up. Was it particularly stupid, or you're fault? I'm sure you weren't the first to do it. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
              1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
              2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
              3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
              4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
              5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
