    E Studio 3040C User accounts

How in the world do I turn off user accounts? I have the code for the account. I just want to turn it off and not need a password to use the copier. I looked in Admin but can't find anything there. Is 08-670 how it is turned on and off?

Press the counter button. There are four choices, I can't remember which choice. You'll have to enter the Admin password. Then you can turn off Account Codes. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Thank you very much. I was trying to go through top access. I just realized I don't have a user name and password for top access. I tried admin and user. Anyone know how to recover that?

Unless it's specifically been changed, it's the same username/password used on all Toshibas. =^..^=
