    e-Studio 453, mis-registration...

This problem happens on ALL PAPER trays, but seems to do it moreso on prints from the LCC. The machine will be in a large, multi-copy run, when the registration will change by about 6" (and be late on the page). Sometimes, the machine will notice this and jam; other times the paper goes right on through the process and never jams.... strange. The LCC has recently been rebuilt with all new parts (taken off the machine and gone through in the shop). As I said, the problem happens from Tray 1 as well, so not directly related to the LCC. Thanks in advance!

If it's 126.5mm, and it probably is ... it's the registration clutch getting sticky. If you remove the clutch and soak it out in alcohol, most times it frees up. Also, the set screw may be loose. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yeah definitely replace that reg clutch to start. Fairly easy procedure I've done it half a million times.
