    Estudio - 4540c - clean slit glass and main charger displayed wont clear...??

    we have about 20 units that came in and these messages are all over the place..
    we've pm the whole machine , looked through the 9000 page service manual and still cannot get this message to go away....Lol

    its an easy fix on the old style 2830c 3530c 4520 c ...

    have no clu on the newer 40 series..any help would be appreciated....drinks on me who ever comes through....

      Did you check the DPST front door interlock switch? I just came across this the other day on a 2330C. The black wire side of the switch never opened, so the machine never knew that the front door was open, and never tried to reset the message. The switch itself is in the back, near the registration motor. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
