e232 background dirty

    e232 background dirty

    Top part background dirty when duplex print from PC. Replaced drum, black, developef, performed auto toner adjustment but still the same.

    It only happen on duplex print...try adjusted developer & charger bias, not much different...

    Since is happen on duplex only, is it related to transfer/separation charger?

    What is the default values for all these bias & charger?

      Sorry, I can't see the defect in your photos.

      If the background is through the voids, yes it's charge related. If there's a distinct void, then it's optical. I'll see what I can find about charge settings. =^..^=
      If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

          White background dirty or stripes, visible by eye but not camera..

          Before adjust the settings, i try swap the t/s block n see~~~

                  Checked the value, same like the default value on manual. I've replaced the t/s block unit, performed 10 copies of duplex, no error...Monitoring...
