I've come across that specific number value before. The significance of it, is that it is equal to the 16 digit binary number= 1111111111111111
I guess computers like that number. I was testing out copy count acquiring software at work, and each time forced it to request copy counts, I would get 65,535 corrupt print jobs in each print queue. It was quite exciting. The IT guy was a bit peeved with me.

I think the moderator (Aneurysm) can help you correct that. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
      1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
      2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
      3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
      4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
      5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Did anyone ever send James the firmware for the Toshiba 2830c series? Trying to help out a race track in Arizona with their old ES 2830c.
My email is pwalter1953@gmail.com if anyone can send the latest firmware there it would be greatly appreciated.
All set up to put to thumb drive. Entry code 49 actually gets the screen on even tho it doesn't come on under normal circumstances.
              Appreciate everyone here
              Pete

Will do, but seems strange that I "Duck Ducked" - "Toshiba eStudio 2830c Firmware" and this Discussion came up so I came here and posted.
It may be dead on the site here, but it's alive out in the cosmos!
Thanx for the heads up... will post now.
